Student Statement
I try to not be as serious with my pictures and when I do I make sure that the vibe of the picture is really good. I want people to see the meanings and I want them to feel specific things while looking at my photos. Throughout my time in this class I've learned so much about myself and art that I like. Taking a photography opens your eyes to so much, you start to look at pictures different. You begin to dig deeper and search for the meanings of everything around you. During this class I've begin to literally critique any and every picture I come across and without knowing I realize what's wrong with pictures unconsciously. I think I'm still growing and learning about my style but, taking this class with my teacher has been so great and such a wonderful experience added onto my junior year.

Spooky Project
This spooky photo I am most pleased with because of what went into it. The reason I didn't do other photos is because I was having computer issues. To explain this photo, I had in mind the movie IT, I drew ideas from the part of the movie where he was waiting in the drain. What I was trying to create was a person pulling them self down, I believe everyone is their worst enemy and we choose whether or not we succeed.
The reason I'm proud of this photo is because I really didn't have to do a lot in Photoshop. It was taken very well, which I got excited about because my skills are improving, it may not be creepy or spooky, but it gives off a dark vibe, even without this adjustments in Photoshop it was still dark and gloomy.
